OFFICIAL RULES – 2025 METRO DEVELOPMENT GROUP “LAGOON DAY GIVEAWAY” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE SPONSOR WILL SEND MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS TO YOU VIA EMAIL. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF RECEIVING MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT ANY TIME BY USING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK. MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA AND BE OVER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) ON THE DATE OF ENTRY.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES:

The “2025 Metro Development Group Lagoon Day Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents residing in the state of Florida who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Metro Development Group (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, as well as any others engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void outside Florida or where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be binding in all respects.

TO ENTER:

During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the official QR code located on one of the paddleboard-shaped signs at Raymond James Stadium. Complete the official entry form by providing the required information, including your full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number, and valid email address.

Only one (1) entry per person is allowed during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries from the same person will be void.

As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZE:

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an electric EV cart (golf cart). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $14,000.

Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed and insured driver to accept delivery of the prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with the prize.

Halfway Prize – Game Day Getaway

One (1) Halfway Prize Winner will receive a Game Day Getaway for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the away Miami Dolphins vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on December 28, 2025. The prize includes:

• Roundtrip private flight with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization

• Police escort from the airport to the stadium

• Upper-level tickets to the game

• Return private flight with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization back to Tampa Bay

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000.

Winner is responsible for any additional expenses not specifically listed, including but not limited to meals, incidentals, and personal purchases. The Game Day Getaway prize is independent of and not connected to the Grand Prize drawing.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

• Halfway Prize Drawing: On or about November 15, 2025, one (1) Halfway Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received from the start of the Sweepstakes Period through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2025.

• Grand Prize Drawing: On or about January 20, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning each prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Winning the Halfway Prize does not disqualify an Entrant from winning the Grand Prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM:

The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor within three (3) business days of the applicable drawing via email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be reached or does not confirm acceptance within the time frame, another winner may be selected at random from eligible entries for that drawing.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and will result in disqualification.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, or errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES:

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
