As of June 15, all Realtor Tours at MetroLagoons require a Preferred Realtor Pass—so now's the time to register. Once your active license is verified (3–5 business days), we'll mail your pass, giving you streamlined ticket-window access for yourself and any prospective homebuyers you bring along, plus the ability to escort clients on a brief guided community tour. It's a professional, efficient way to introduce buyers to the unique Lagoon lifestyle across our communities.
