OFFICIAL RULES – 2025 METRO DEVELOPMENT GROUP “LAGOON DAY GIVEAWAY” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE SPONSOR WILL SEND MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS TO YOU VIA EMAIL. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF RECEIVING MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT ANY TIME BY USING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK. MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA AND BE OVER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) ON THE DATE OF ENTRY.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES:

The “2025 Metro Development Group Lagoon Day Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents residing in the state of Florida who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Metro Development Group (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, as well as any others engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void outside Florida or where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be binding in all respects.

TO ENTER:

During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the official QR code located on one of the paddleboard-shaped signs at Raymond James Stadium. Complete the official entry form by providing the required information, including your full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number, and valid email address.

Only one (1) entry per person is allowed during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries from the same person will be void.

As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Lagoon Day Experience for up to four (4) guests at Mirada Lagoon in San Antonio, FL — the largest man-made lagoon in the country. The prize includes one (1) day pass for up to four (4) guests to enjoy lagoon amenities.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200.

Winner is responsible for all transportation, meals, incidentals, and any other costs not specifically listed as part of the prize.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

On or about January 15, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM:

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Sponsor within three (3) business days of the drawing via email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be reached or does not confirm acceptance within the time frame, another winner may be selected at random from eligible entries.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and will result in disqualification.

RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from andagainst all losses, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and other advisors’ fees), liabilities, concessions, or judgments or amounts that are paid in settlement of or in connection with any claim, action, suit, proceeding or investigation based in whole or in part on or arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Sweepstakes or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES:

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
