OFFICIAL RULES – 2026-27 METRO DEVELOPMENT GROUP “TOUR AND SCORE” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE SPONSOR WILL SEND MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS TO YOU VIA EMAIL. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF RECEIVING MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT ANY TIME BY USING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK. MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA AND BE OVER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) ON THE DATE OF ENTRY.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES:

The “2026–27 Metro Development Group Tour and Score” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 14, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents residing in the state of Florida who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers and employees of Metro Development Group (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, as well as any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside Florida or where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be binding in all respects.

TO ENTER:

To receive an entry, visit any builder model home at a participating community (Angeline, Curiosity Creek, Sandal Key, or Seaire) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form. You may receive one (1) entry per model home you tour at each participating community during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each entry must include your full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number, and valid email address. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. Multiple entries at the same model are not permitted.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZE:

Mid-Sweepstakes Prize: Game Day Getaway. One (1) Mid-Sweepstakes Prize Winner will receive a Game Day Getaway to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the New Orleans Saints in January 2027, including such tickets and related items as Sponsor may designate.

The Mid-Sweepstakes Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received between September 4, 2026 and December 15, 2026. The winner will be announced on or about December 20, 2026.

Grand Prizes: Lagoon Credit. Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a gift card, in the amount below, redeemable as lagoon credit of choice at any MetroLagoon community:

1st Place: $2,000 gift card, redeemable as lagoon credit of choice.

2nd Place: $1,000 gift card, redeemable as lagoon credit of choice.

3rd Place: $500 gift card, redeemable as lagoon credit of choice.

Grand Prize Winners are responsible for all taxes and any other costs associated with the prize not expressly stated above.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

The Mid-Sweepstakes Prize Winner will be selected as described above. On or about February 14, 2027, three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected, in descending order of prize value, in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the full Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each respective drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM:

Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor within three (3) business days of the applicable drawing via email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be reached or does not confirm acceptance within the time frame, another winner may be selected at random from eligible entries for that drawing.

Sponsor will coordinate delivery or redemption details for each prize directly with the confirmed winner. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any other costs associated with the prize not expressly stated above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and will result in disqualification.

RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Buccaneers Team LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents and related persons and its affiliates from and against all losses, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and other advisors’ fees), liabilities, concessions, or judgments or amounts that are paid in settlement of or in connection with any claim, action, suit, proceeding or investigation based in whole or in part on or arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Sweepstakes or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES:

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by arbitration in Lee County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.

THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL CLUBS (INCLUDING THE TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS), AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “NFL ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. THE NFL ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY.
