He joins Metro from Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of National Land Operations.
Throughout his 20+ year career, Jim has led strategic expansion efforts, cultivated strong builder and municipal relationships, and played a key role in the development of some of the most successful residential communities in the country.
