Farm Update: A Brand New Field is Sprouting

Exciting news from Angeline Farm!

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our third field. As we embark on this new chapter, our focus is on nurturing the soil to ensure optimal growth and sustainability. Currently, we’re in the process of amending the soil with nutrient-rich compost and constructing beds to provide the perfect environment for our crops to flourish. In line with our commitment to organic farming practices, we’re gearing up to sow cover crops for the summer season. These cover crops not only contribute to building organic matter in the soil but also play a vital role in enhancing nitrogen levels and activating soil biology. Among the varieties we’ll be planting are cowpeas, sunn hemp, Sudan grass, and millet.
