Demetrius Jones Named May MVP in Metro’s Ongoing Realtor Challenge
Metro Development Group is proud to recognize Demetrius Jones as the May winner of the Metro MVP Realtor Program. Demetrius received free registration to the 2025 Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo and a 2-night stay at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.
His win was announced at Realtor Connect on June 11, hosted by the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors at the Angeline Welcome Center, where the event is held on the second Wednesday of every month.
The Florida Realtors® Convention, happening August 25–26, is the premier event for successful agents across the state. Attendees will gain access to business-boosting strategies, new tech tools, and networking opportunities with top producers. Metro Development Group will also be on-site with a booth—be sure to stop by and say hello.
The June MVP prize is a full MLS fee reimbursement via gift card, awarded to the top point-earner for the month. As a bonus, the top 3 Realtors in June will also receive a free ticket to TBBA Realtor Connect on July 23 at Armature Works, featuring builder showcases, networking, cocktails, and luxury giveaways.
The June winner will be announced at the next Realtor Connect on Tuesday, July 9, hosted by STAAR at the Angeline Welcome Center.
Running through March 2026, the Metro MVP Realtor Program rewards Realtors with monthly giveaways and three major grand prizes—including a new car, a vacation getaway, and an ICON EV cart. The program celebrates top-performing agents actively engaged in Metro’s featured communities.
How the Program Works:
Realtors can accumulate points by:
- Selling homes in participating Metro communities
- Attending select Realtor events hosted by Metro or builder partners
- Participating in social media and bonus challenges
- Checking in at events using a simple QR code
- Tracking progress via an easy-to-use online form
