Crystal Lagoon and Connected City Featured in Common Ground
Metro Places’ groundbreaking Crystal Lagoon and Connected City amenities were recently featured in the award-winning Common Ground magazine.
Common Ground, known for their pieces about unique and innovative changes in communities, featured the Metro amenities as innovations that are raising the standard for communities across the country.
About 20 miles from the nearest beach, Metro’s Epperson community residents can enjoy waterside living at the country’s first Crystal Lagoon.
The 7.5 acre amenity is designed with the most advanced ultrasound technology system, using thousands of sensors to maintain perfect water conditions around the calendar.
While Kayaking, paddleboarding and boating at the Lagoon, residents will be able to stay connected through ULTRAFi, which boasts some of the fastest Internet and WiFi speeds in North America.
The revolutionary concept is part of Metro’s Connected City development, which will have 37,000 homes and more than 12,000 square feet of commercial space upon completion.
