Welcoming Lisa Gibbings as Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Metro Development Group is excited to welcome Lisa Gibbings as its new Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In this role, Gibbings will lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts for more than 30 current and upcoming master-planned communities across Florida, as well as for Metro’s four subsidiary brands: MetroPlaces, MetroLagoons, ULTRAFi, and StreetLeaf.
A seasoned marketing professional, Gibbings brings a track record of success from her time at notable Tampa Bay companies including AAMP Global and Valpak. Her focus at Metro will be on developing integrated, scalable marketing strategies designed to support brand growth, drive engagement, and position the company for long-term success as it continues to expand.
Gibbings holds a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a Master’s degree from the University of Tampa. She is also actively involved in the professional community through organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and John Burns Real Estate Consulting Councils.
Based in Dunedin, FL, Gibbings enjoys making the most of Florida’s coastal lifestyle. On weekends, you’ll likely find her outdoors—especially boating with friends and family.
