Metro’s First MVP Realtor Winner Takes Home an ICON EV Bike
Metro Development Group has announced the first winner of its new Metro MVP Realtor Program. During the April 9 Realtor Connect event held at the Angeline Welcome Center, Adam Jonas was recognized for his outstanding performance and awarded an ICON EV Bike. Jonas secured the top spot for his home sale in the Angeline community during the month of March. Alberto Baalbaki was also recognized as runner-up.
Next month’s prize will be awarded to May’s MVP Realtor at the upcoming Realtor Connect event on May 14 at the Angeline Welcome Center. One winning Realtor will receive a Cabana Cove Experience at Mirada, which includes a private cabana at the VIP pool and exclusive access to the VIP bar for up to six guests.
In addition to monthly giveaways, the Metro MVP Realtor Program will culminate with a suite of grand prizes, including a new car, a luxury vacation, and an EV cart. The program, running through March 2026, was developed to celebrate and reward top-performing Realtors across Metro’s active master-planned communities, including Angeline, Sandal Key, Seaire, and Southshore Bay. “We’re excited to continue recognizing the success of our Realtor partners throughout the year,” said Lisa Gibbings, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Metro Development Group.
