Epperson, the first residential component of The Connected City Corridor in Pasco County, was recently featured in Resident Magazine, a resident-focused publication in Wesley Chapel.
The magazine touts Epperson as a “new era of innovation,” citing the community’s ULTRAFi gigabit internet technology and planned 7.5-acre Crystal Lagoon.
Metro Development Group is already preparing the lots for the first single-family homes in the community, which will have over 1,500 homes.
Metro Places’ Epperson will be the first community in the United States to have a Crystal Lagoon, an exceptional aquatic amenity where residents can swim, kayak, snorkel or simply relax in the crystal clear water.
The community will also be equipped with Metro Development Group’s exclusive ULTRAFi technology, which provides some of the fastest internet speeds in the world and is available everywhere in the community, from inside each home to the walking and biking trails. The success of ULTRAFi sets the framework for the Connected City to be the first Smart Gigabit Community to be built from the ground up.
