Metro Development Group launches community brand of Metro Places

Highlighting what makes its residential communities so appealing to homeowners, Metro Development Group is introducing a brand that matches its community and consumer focus: Metro Places.

With the launch of Metro Places, Metro Development Group has unveiled a new website,, focusing on the amenities – what it calls “elements” and a tagline that brings it all together with “All the elements for a great life.” These communities are available now in Southern Hillsborough County with Waterleaf, Sereno, Park Creek and Cypress Creek, and in Wesley Chapel with Union Park. More communities are also coming soon in these areas, as well as in Manatee County and as far south as Fort Myers.


The elements of the communities include Florida-style open-air clubhouses, each overlooking a large resort-style pool, shaded tot lots, miles of trails and depending on the community there are elements that include dog parks, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, zen garden, fire pits, golf cart paths, splash pads and much more.


A key component of most of these communities is the exclusive ULTRAFi technology. Only here will you find the nation’s fastest community-wide internet and WiFi with up to 1 Gigabit of speed, which is 100 times faster than average broadband speeds.
