The new community is in Wesley Chapel and\u00a0will feature America\u2019s first finished Crystal Lagoon, with beaches and around 1,500 single family homes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Bay News 9 on Crystal Lagoon<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bay News 9 reports, \u201cThe lagoons are basically\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.baynews9.com\/content\/news\/baynews9\/news\/article.html\/content\/news\/articles\/bn9\/2016\/3\/24\/crystal_lagoon_comin\">gigantic swimming pools, surrounded by sandy beaches and in the middle of more than 1,000 new homes<\/a>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/metrodevelopmentgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Metro Development Group<\/a>\u00a0partnered with Crystal Lagoons for the project, announced two years ago. The project, being constructed on the former Epperson Ranch land, will cost over $100 million.
